). Elf – I think this movie is on everybody’s list, it is so funny! Will Ferrell does an amazing job as an out-of-place elf that you can’t help but laugh. And if you really want to get into the movie, All Recipes has a themed menu for Elf and several other popular Christmas movies. Below is the link to some of the dishes you can try.

). Jingle All the Way – This might possibly be one of the worst films ever made. I mean really, Governor Arnold and Sinbad fighting over a doll. So before you judge me for adding this to my list, allow me to explain. My grandmother used to only get three TV channels, which really limits what you can watch. For some reason ABC chose to play this movie 2 years in a row. The third year, it wasn’t scheduled to come on and we were so upset we went and paid $10 to own this little gem forever! This is a picture of my sweet cousins and my little nephew Micah. I love ya’ll very much, and thank you indulging me in traditions!

). Love Actually – I could watch this movie any time of the year, it’s definitely one of my favorites! I love the part at the beginning when all the loved ones are greeting each other at the airport. And when the couple that speaks too different languages can’t communicate and they learn the other one’s language because they love each other that much. Basically every part is my favorite! I could’ve done without the stunt people in uncompromising positions but other than that I LOVE it!
). Prancer – My first memory of going to a movie theater was with my mom to see Prancer. I don’t really remember much ( I was only 4) but I do know that we went to eat pizza at the local Pizza Hut and if you know how healthy my family is this is a memorable event in itself! And it’s heartbreaking when the girl in the film cries because she has to let her beloved reindeer free to be with Santa. I try to watch this movie every year, because it reminds me being a little girl and how special I felt when my mom took me out for my first movie night!

). Christmas Story – Ralphie is the cutest kid, and even though I complain every year when this movie is on, I secretly love it! This movie will no doubt be playing in the background on Christmas day!
