All I want for Christmas is....

This week’s top 5 lists the current items on our Christmas List. So if I was writing this to Santa, this is what I would ask for….

1). Perfume (more specifically Chanel Chance): Last February my brand new perfume that I had gotten last Christmas busted in my bag. My clothes smelled REALLY good for awhile but since then I have resorted back to middle school using body splash and bumming off my friends! One thing about Christmas when you are a grown up is you can actually think of a lot of items that you want because if you are like me you are too cheap to buy it for yourself!

2). Cookbook: I always love how my grandma has so many cookbooks and endless possibilities of options to cook. I am slowly building my cookbook library and am surprised how often I flip through them and always find something new to try.

3). 1 Ticket to see a Broadway show: Since I am going to New York right after Christmas and will probably be broke from the holiday, I decided to add this to my list. This will probably come in the form of money that I will in turn use to purchase the ticket. Right now we are deciding between Billy Elliot and the Jersey Boys. Feel free to comment if you have heard any good or bad reviews for either!

4). Coffee Pot: My current coffee pot and I do not get along. The coffee either comes out too watery or way too strong and no matter my modifications, nothing changes. So I am remedying the situation with a new coffee pot that’s programmable and the water level can easily be seen. I had originally wanted one of the fancy ones that made cappuccinos and lattes but I am not home enough to invest the big bucks. My Mr. Coffee will do!

5). Pearl Ring: Ok this item I know I won’t get but it is perpetually on my wish list. I have been eyeing it online forever and then when I ventured into Saks with my bestie Jilly (when she bought her pretty Louis) I decided to try it on. I thought the woman was going to have to pry it off my finger…needless to say I fell even more in love! What I did not fall in love with was the price tag, the foil in my plan! So again this year, I will add this to my list, albeit knowing that I haven't been good enough for Santa to give it to me!
